Java and Objective-C support for KDevelop 3.0 (gideon), initial checkin

Oops - should be there now. I've just checked in the missing files, they were
the same as the old HEAD as Bernd says. It's Friday, and I'm off to the pub
now, so many KDevelop versions, so little time ;-)...
