cleanups in the HEAD

Hi!

Today I have moved ~90 old C++ files (KDevelop1), which aren't used at the 
moment, to a new directory "old_stuff". I have also removed many files *.dlg, 
KDE1 templates,tools, dlgedit and so on.  
Furthermore I have deleted _many_ unused KActions from KDevelop and 
KDevelopCore and updated the xml files. Please delete your 
"~/kde2/share/apps/kdevelop/kdevelopui.rc" to get the changes. 
I hope that I haven't made to many mistakes, but now the CVS looks much 
cleaner, believe me. :-).
