Hi,

forget the access rights. Bernd's guess was right. Copied root's
.kde/share/config/ksycoca to my account and now it works. I don't know why
kbuildsycoca didn't do this correctly, but it didn't and that's a fact.
Sorry I bothered you this long, but I have to find my way through all these
new files first.
