Problems with RH 7.0

I downgraded back to a pure KDE 1 and QTDIR, KDEDIR and with-qt-dir point to
the right dirs. The libs and includes are in QTDIR/include and QTDIR/lib but
gcc and kgcc just doesn't find them, don't know why. The egcs++ does, but
can't compile and again I don't know why. I'll try with Mandrake the next
days and see if it works.
