[Fwd: TODO list for the documentation]

Here´s some info from Eric about the current state of Kdevelop docbook
documentation and the translations. Mind that tools will be provided to
let you get in sync with the transition with your translated docbook
files much easier, so you won´t have to read all over your translation
again.
