HTML syntax highlighting doesn't work correctly in KDevelop.  It works
fine in the standalone KWrite.  (Tags, tag text, etc. do not get
colored appropriately.)

Specifying a different "make" command does not work until after a
normal "make" has run.  It indicates it cannot find the program (even
with full path).  After using the default "make" once, it can be
changed to a different command and works fine.
