Subject : Documentation for Dialog Editor out of date?

Bug Description ---------------------------

The Dialog Editor section of the docs says you need to give the
dialog editor locations for the source files when you make a new
menu, but it doesn't.  It asks this stuff when you generate code.  Maybe
the docs are for an older version?
