Package: kdevelop
Version: 1.0beta4.1
Severity: normal

Bugreport ID : 20:21,15.11.99

Originator	: Federico David Sacerdoti
E-Mail : fds at slinuxmachines.com

Subject : format mangling, specificall indents

Error Class	: software bug
Error Location	: editor
Priority	: low
Bug Description ---------------------------

When I import an existing file into the Kdevelop editor,
all the indentation formatting is lost. The file looks completely
crappy: the indents for the blocks dont line up at all.

And when I view files created with Kdevelop in an external text editor
like Kwrite, I see the same indent mangling. What gives?

I have the editor set of 'emacs' style coloring. Does this have anything to
do with it.

How to repeat the error -------------------
