Bug Description ---------------------------

I installed the kde library documentation in /opt/kde/share/apps/kdevelop/kdelibdocs/ and now when I try
to build my API doc I get the message: "Could not open /opt/kde/share/apps/kdevelop/kdelibdocs/kdoc-reference/Maxflow.kdoc for writing" 
which is obviously not open to a regular user.


How to repeat the error -------------------
