Bug Description ---------------------------

As far as I can tell, it is not possible to access the new dialog dialog. The
dialog which appears is idential in every way to the New Files dialog.
Therefore, it is not possible to specify the inheritance widget, etc.

How to repeat the error -------------------

Switch to dialog editor, File->New
