Bug Description ---------------------------

after startup the command <Ctrl> + <ALT> + <M> (uncomment) used
in a line without a comment results in a crash.
If a line is first commented, the uncommented again, this doesn't happen.

How to repeat the error -------------------

Start kdevelop  mark a line in the editor and press <Ctrl> + <ALT> + <M>

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

comment on single line with <Ctrl> + <M> then everything is ok :)
