ok... all qt-templates are corrected for am_edit, autoconf/automake
stuff...
not committed, because free for testings before...

no kde-dependencies should occur and installation would be on /usr/local
instead of /opt/kde

it can be obtained on:
ftp://129.187.206.68/pub/unix/ide

please test extensively....
