This can be described well by the equation of continuity:
d\rho/dt - div (\rho*v) = 0
So when you drink beer out of the bottle, there will be less in it.
Warning: When you test this too often in short d\epsilon intervalls
you will get effects which can only be described correctly by
quantum mechanics. Means, if you see two bottles, which
is called "Schrödingers Flasche", this is a superposition of
the eigenvalues of the collapsing brain wave functions :-)
