Bug Description ---------------------------

When i want to see the Outputwindow (clicking the toolbarbutton)
it keeps invisible and the Editorview seems to grow downward (including
the Scrollbar)
The Main-Window does not change its size.
I think the Outputwindow is just displayed, but anywhere at the Foot of
by Monitor.
At this time i use a separate Terminalemulatoin and do Make and Run
manually.

How to repeat the error -------------------
