Bug#5193: kdevelop : The Do Not Show Tip of The Day is not functional

When you start kdevelop, there is a Tip of the Day window that appears.
On that window, there is the possibility to make this window not appear
each time you start kdevelop.  When clicking on the Show Tip of the Day
Next Start to remove the X beside it, you expect not seeing it again.
Unfortunately, the next time the user will restart kdevelop, this window
will be waiting for him.
1) start kdevelop
2) remove the X beside Show Tip of the Day Next Start
3) Click OK
4) Close kdevelop
5) restart kdevelop
