KDockMainWindow should get new parents!

I´ve checked in the stuff. The main.cpp stuff is commented out except
the new parts for an instance of KDevelop. Have a look, I didn´t have
the time to add the slots yet but that should be trivial ;-) Just take
care you take the slot names of those that are connected with a KAction,
I changed one here and there for consistency.
