Dear kdevelop team :))

I'm very happy to know this very good c/c++ editor but is very difficult
to install it :(( , much more in that your ftp sites for download is
almost inaccesible( why? )

Can you tell where can i download the last version of this editor?
I need and documentation for learning Qt.
I'm using Mandrake or RedHat.
