Well, I had a look at it. It has a nice output but I see no real advantage over
kdoc as far as API documentation is concerned. Programmers tend to be lazy
documenting anyway, and with doxygen you have to add an additional config file
for each project. When it comes to writing handbooks, I can only say that we're
having so much FUN converting to DocBook, I can't wait to use yet another set of
tags :-))

Are there plans to make it available from KDevelop 2 ?
