kdevelop.org domain

Hi!

After months of negotiations we finally got the kdevelop.org domain!.:-) 
At the moment the www.kdevelop.org URL point to a directory at
uni-potsdam.de, but I will change that in the next days. I will also change
mailinglist addresses and some other stuff. 

For all active developers I created email redirection accounts.  If you
want an other email address or I forgot someone please tell me. 
It follows a list of all valid email addresses at kdevelop.org.
