Bug#2710: uncomment without comments causes crash

Hi all!

I will look at this bug.

Anyway, this bug also appears if <Ctrl> + <U> is pressed to unindent a line
where there is nothing to unindent. This is because I copied the
comment/uncomment implementation from the indent/unindent implementation.

This bug appears only when something is selected.
