Namespace parsing

Hi all,

This particularly relates to bug #2634 - entitled "core"

I have an alternative solution to this bug, which could be controversial :-).

I propose we should use the class parsing to parse the namespaces, as has been
suggested on the kdevelop list previously.

The attached patch does this. Note: if you apply this patch only apply it to a
recent (ie 10 minuts ago) cvs version as I've fixes a couple of class parsing
bugs as well.

There are a couple of issues.
The namespace icon should be different than the class icon, (not sure how easy
this would be.)
Private versus public issues might be a problem but it doesn't look like it is
to me.

What do you think about this solution to namespace parsing?
