Bug#2657: Saving a file causes refreshing and reseting of tree views

Problem: When i make the slightest change in a file and save it, kdevelop
refreshes the tree views of classes/structs/files etc.., i work on a large
project - over 100,000 lines of code - the refreshing process takes a few
seconds on HP 900/785 machine and its very annoying, further more it resets
the trees to standard state collapsing all the expanded branches and
scrolling the trees to the top so i must scroll down to get back to the
items i am working with.

OS: HP-UX 10.20
