Package: kdevelop
Version: 1.1beta2
Severity: critical
Bugreport ID : 15:57,03.02.00
Originator : Antonello Biancalana
E-Mail : promind at tecnonet.it
Subject : Error during project creation
Error Class : software bug
Error Location : app-wizard
Priority : high
Bug Description ---------------------------
When I try to create a new KDE project, I always get this message during the process creation procedure:
configure: error: your system fails at linking a small KDE application!
Check, if your compiler is installed correctly and if you have used the
same compiler to compile Qt and kdelibs as you did use now
I get this error even if I try to compile KDevelop myself.
As Qt and kdelibs were installed during the RedHat installation process, I have no idea of what compiler they used.
I know for sure that the compiler works as I use it daily.
Can yo tell me what to do?
Best regards,
Antonello Biancalana
