dock read/write

It breaks. Old method interfaces of read/writeDockConfig are not existing any more. They are missing on
compile time of the old KDevelop2 version. Removing existing interfaces _breaks_ compatibility. I recommend to
keep the old ones and to add the new ones additionally.
