Where do I find the following?

            I just recently installed and started using Kdevelop. I am
in school learning C / C++ and I have a 100% Linux machine. I was
informed that Kdevelop is about as close as I can get to the Visual
C++ suite I have to use in school. Anyhow I went to open the C/C++
Reference and I was told to come here and get the following packge then
install it: c_c++_reference.tar.gz
            I have looked all over the sight and can't seem to locate
it. If you could point me in the right direction I would really
appreciate it!
