Hi,

You probably need something like the following package: 

http://www.rpmfind.com/RPM/mandrake/7.1/Mandrake/kdelibs-devel-1.1.2-18mdk.i586.html

Once installed, you need to set the kde library documentation path to
the path where the package installed the documentation (something like
/usr/doc/kdelibs-devel-1.1.2).
