Updated KDE2/Qt 2 templates for KDevelop 1.2

Hi guys,

as Qt comes with the qt designer and the designed forms/dialogs require
calls to the uic for getting c++ output I suggest someone who likes
playing with the autoconf stuff updates the templates for kdevelop 1.2
and we put this together with the latest patches as a new release which
would be worth it. At least updating the templates is important for the
next months for the developers who want to make use of qt designer as
soon as qt-2.2 is out.

I´d like to do it myself but as you know I still have one exam to go for
in a month so I´m currently still blocked for more activity.
