Ralf F. in Hospital

Hi guys,

to let you know: Ralf´s wife called me that he is in hospital because of
some kind of flu or whatever; I have his phone number and will call him
today.

Martin: do you have a working ksgml2html ? I´m supposed to change
something in the documentation for Walter´s changes for creating shared
libs and doing the translation for Ralf then as well. Can you
regernerate the english and german manuals then ?
