Bug Description ---------------------------

In the germantranslation of the menubar are two items, 
named "&Erstellen" and "&Einstellungen", which can be 
activated by Alt-E, *both* .

How to repeat the error -------------------

Press Alt-E, only "Einstellungen" will pop up, never "Erstellen"
