Bug Description ---------------------------

I have been having problems with kdevelop not loading 
the last open project. This was because I had added a 
kdevelop launcher to my personal menues. When launched 
from that menu, kdevelop does not reload the project.

However, when launched with the same command line 
from a desktop icon, it does. ???
