Bug Description ---------------------------

While creating a new project, the configure script is not 
run properly.  The error from the app wizard is

env:
/.configur
:No such file or director

I'm not sure what the effect really is.  However, I have
noticed that the makefiles and configure scripts are no 
longer project files.

How to repeat the error -------------------

Create a new project...

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

Choosing to configure the project after the app wizard is gone
will work and the project is eventually compiled.
