Changes/Fixes on HEAD

Hi,

Don't know if this is any use to you, but I needed to add

am_edit
Makefile.cvs
libtool.m4.in
kdevelop.m4

to kdevelop-1.0beta3 to allow changes.

Makefile.cvs should be renamed Makefile.dist. Adding this file isn't really
necessary but does make things easier :-)
