i´m against your suggestion:

1) we have to look at the size and compile-time of this packages, 
   so I don´t like the idea to put 2 CVS frontends 
   (meaning 2 apps of the same type) into KDK.

2) looking at the requirements LinCVS needs QT 2.0 and KDK "is designed"
   for users of KDE 1.1.x / QT 1.44.
   So I see some problems to create a proper working package (and 
   later a binary-package)
