Bug Description ---------------------------
If you try to install Kdevelop without having ever launched
the KDE window manager before (I had only used Gnome on my PC),
the /home/user/.kde/share/config directory is not present.
This seems to make the installation process to end with a
"segmentation fault" error message. I didn't test if the same happens
installing Kdbg.
