Bug Description ---------------------------

Placing the widget "QSpinBox" onto the surface of the widgeteditor,
there is no chance to move it to another place. All other widgets can
be "grabbed" with the mouse, but the QSpinBox does not.


How to repeat the error -------------------

1. Create a new QSpinBox in the dialogeditor
2. try to move it
