Bug Description ---------------------------

When I change the value in Options/Editor.../Tab Width:
the window with the text is not refreshed.
That happens only in "Header/Resource Files" window,
but with the "C/C++ Files" window everything is OK.


How to repeat the error -------------------

Just change Tab With from 4 to 8 for example when
"Header/Resource Files" is open
