KDevelop 0.4 release infos

As KDevelop 0.4 is coming... what is missing?

We need an anounce text. I think we should use the old one from the KDevelop
0.3 release slighly modified for the dialog editor and the classtool. So please spread these
or other words over the world (newssites,mailinglists and newsgroups) on Monday (14 June 1999). :-)
