No, because it's only a simple mailinglist with an archive. :-(. But now the good news.:-)
Yesterday I have asked Stefan Kulow whether we can use the bug-report-system on bugs.kde.org. 
He said yes and some minutes ago I commited a patch to the CVS , so our bugreport dialog use
bugs.kde.org now. :-)
