Bug Description ---------------------------

In the dialog editor mode the toolbutton's pixmap (for reswitching to 
the source editor) is always changing. Sometimes is a black square,
sometimes is a colored krix-krax, sometimes is nothing. There was a case
when the pixmap was the disabled picture for the undo button.
