QextMDI library version 1.0 (Beta1)

It's a Qt-extension widget set that provides full functionality and
behaviour for an MDI application (except the document stuff that has
nothing to do in a widget collection). 
Your application is additionally configurable in several modes (also at
runtime): 
 -   MDI like MSWindows standard (includes stacked SDI)
 -   Unix-like with all windows as toplevel (like Emacs, gimp)
 -   somewhere between these 2 modes

- minimized views are shown as mini-windows (only the captionbar) 
- new "Window" menu functions: Tile vertically, Iconify all, Toplevel

- taskbar can be switched off 
- class interfaces optimized 
- focus handling optimized 
- experimental Qt-1.44 support dropped (off-topic, there's was no
demand)
