Bug Description ---------------------------

When creating a new project, KDevelop fails to make the project and informs
the user that
'can not open file "entries" in your local app-data-dir:
  No such file or directory at /usr/share/apps/kdevelop/tools/processes.pl
line 18.
kann Datei nicht öffnen: No such file or directory at
/usr/share/apps/kdevelop/tools/processesend.pl line 9.'

How to repeat the error -------------------

Remove the HOME/.kde/share/apps directory and then create a new project.

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

By creating an 'apps' directory in HOME/.kde/share, the problem was fixed.
