new CVS repository for KDevelop?

Hi!

At the moment I got many requests for a CVS account on the KDevelop
sourcecodes. I would really like to give that, but you know that the KDevelop
repository is located at cvs.kde.org, so we must ask everytime the KDE people
for a new account. :-(
And there is an other problem with the current situation. In the next time we
want to change the directory structure of KDevelop (Stefan send a request some
weeks ago), unfortunaly we have no direct access to the kdevelop repository, so
we will lose the CVS information if we move the files.:-(

So I would suggest that we set up a new repository on the same server as our
homepage CVS. (barney.cs.uni-potsdam.de) .  There are "many"
projects already on this server (kmud, kproftp,GREAT,.fara homepage, kdevelop
homepage) and it seems to be very stable. :-)
