Creating a KDE application fails:
Can't read from Test2 at /usr/bin/kdoc line 122
configure: error: your system fails at linking a small KDE application!
Check, if your compiler is installed correctly and if you have used the
same compiler to compile Qt and kdelibs as you did use now
Qt and kdelibs are as distribted by Red hat Software.
Configure, when run externally, fails thus:

I built kdevelop on this system. It's not using the version of qt I built against; if this is important, then perhaps it should?
How to repeat the error -------------------
Create a default KDE (or presumably) QT app.
