Bug Description ---------------------------

if I click in the menubar 
1. view
2. output view for error output or std err

the end of the scrollbar of the editor ends 
behind the botton of down the frame. The
felds for output view didn't appears.

How to repeat the error -------------------

1. I click view (Ansicht)
2. output view

or 
1. I click Erstellen
this courses that activate output view
(the two felds down the editor)
