Patch to implement Close All

Dear KDevelop team,

I'm not exactly sure who I should send this to, so I'll send it to the team
address.

I wrote a patch to KDevelop that implements the Close All functionality
by using the same method that Project->Close uses.  

It changes the following files:

	ckdevelop.cpp
	ckdevelop_init.cpp
	resource.h

I hope you find this helpful, and if there are any problems,  please let me
know.
