Bug Description ---------------------------

For configuration one must always give the --prefix=...
flag because otherwise the KDE installation is not found.
Explanation:
The KDE-port from FreeBSD installs the KDE libraries and include files
to /usr/local/... and does not set KDEDIR.
if configure would use /usr/local as a possible standard for 
the KDE location the above mentioned parameter to configure 
wouldn't be neccessary.
Also if you do not provide --with-extra-includes and
--with-extra-libs certain other libraries are not checked for
in /usr/local (especially libpng).

How to repeat the error -------------------



Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

Provide the extra arguments mentioned to the configure command line.
