After "update" from RFV a changed file won't be reloaded.
Causes loss of changes in source code when resaving this file.

How to repeat the error -------------------

change a file from another cvs client, commit it
open the file from the local computer, update

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

before update all files should be saved
after update, they should be reloaded in editor
