Kleopatra Support Needed

Hi, I am James at Matrix Service Company. Our Payroll dept uses Kleopatra to encryot and decrypt documents. Many times these are legal documents. We are using the RSA key type when encrypting documents and the client that they are being sent to cannot decrypt. I have confirmed that they are using the RSA key type as well. Denise which is on this email chain has re-encrypted the files and sent them to the client a second time and the client is still experiencing the same issue. We have not seen an issue like this in some time. The client is using GNUPG to decrypt the files which has worked in the past. Could someone please either reach out to me or Denise on this issue? We really need your support on this issue.
