Open link w/o bringing firefox to the foreground

It was more aimed at Rainer, as I use Firefox as well. 

I did some quick testing to see if it was just kmail that opens tabs in 
foreground in Chrome. Both Obsidian and LibreOffice do the same, so it looks 
like it might not be a kmail specific issue but a chrome issue (it was one of 
the reasons I gave up using chrome, among others). There are some extensions 
to stop Chrome forcing opening in the foreground. 

However, I'm not a developer of browser stuff so don't know. Hopefully one of 
the developers will respond to the bug at some stage when they have time.
