Open link w/o bringing firefox to the foreground

Thanks Garry for following up and opening the bug report.

I subscribed, let's see how it goes. Probably the Debian users have to live 
with it for many months, since Debian 13 is close to the release and I don't 
think that there will be a 24.12.4 release.
